How Enerways helps

A Clear Path From Opportunity to Delivery

01

Review Your Property

We start with the building type, current conditions, energy concerns, project stage and upgrade goals.

02

Identify the Right Pathway

We compare the applicable assessment, incentive, financing or compliance pathways before work begins.

03

Build the Scope

We define priorities, required documentation, technical inputs and the right sequence for the project.

04

Support Delivery

We coordinate the next steps, reporting and project documentation through completion where applicable.

Home Renovation Savings

Two Residential Rebate Pathways

01

Without a Home Energy Assessment Fee

Home Renovation Savings offers several standalone rebate categories without a home energy assessment fee. For attic insulation, eligible homeowners must work with a participating insulation contractor.

02

Home Energy Assessment Required

Homeowners begin with an initial assessment, complete at least two qualifying upgrades and finish with a follow-up assessment. This route is designed for broader, bundled renovations.

Program note: Requirements and amounts can change. Always confirm eligibility on the official program website before signing contracts or starting work. Enerways does not guarantee approval or payment.

Up to $1,250 for Eligible Attic Insulation

The current Home Renovation Savings standalone attic pathway does not require a home energy assessment fee. The official program requires eligible work to cover the full roof assembly and be completed through a participating contractor.

Enerways can help you review the pathway before work begins and connect the upgrade scope to the next required steps.

See Eligibility & ProcessAmounts and eligibility are determined by the Home Renovation Savings program and may change. Cathedral ceiling and flat-roof rebates use different limits and insulation targets.
