Home Renovation Savings offers several standalone rebate categories without a home energy assessment fee. For attic insulation, eligible homeowners must work with a participating insulation contractor.

The current Home Renovation Savings standalone attic pathway does not require a home energy assessment fee. The official program requires eligible work to cover the full roof assembly and be completed through a participating contractor.
